  • Will I be happy with my new website?

    Yes, we’ll make sure of it. Your Design Manager will work closely with you to ensure that your website is designed just the way you want it. You’ll be given the opportunity to review your site throughout the design process to be sure that we’re heading in the right direction.

  • What if I already have a domain name?

    No problem. We can help you to point your domain name to your new website or assist you to move your domain to us as your registrar. Some people prefer to keep everything in one place.

  • Will I own my website?

    Yes. Your monthly payments will be deducted from the total cost of your website. Once your balance is clear, you’ll be free to transfer your website elsewhere, but will lose the supporting services provided by us (such as domain renewals, hosting, business email, ongoing support etc). If you decide to stay with us, you’ll be given the option of future redesigns to ensure that your website is always looking its best.

  • How are payments taken?

    We will generate an invoice each month for any services with us which will be available from your Defined Marketing account. All payments are processed through Stripe.

  • Is there a contract?

    Yes. We put in a huge amount of upfront work for your business and break payments into affordable monthly amounts. This means our websites come with a 12-month contract which is agreed to upon purchase.


    Marketing, design, consultancy, and hosting services do not have a contract and are paid ad-hoc or month-to-month and can be canceled at any time.

  • Is there an upfront cost?

    Only the first month's payment for your website. There is no additional setup cost or hidden charges.

  • Can I upgrade my plan?

    Yes. All websites and marketing services can be upgraded to the next plan at any time. Websites can only be downgraded at the end of the new 12-month term. Marketing services run monthly, so can be downgraded at the end of that month.

  • How long will my website take to create?

    Most standard websites go live in 4-7 days, however, delays that impact this are design revisions, upfront services such as branding, or client delays on approval.
